Payment Process

We offer end to end encrypted online payments. Our payment gateways are authenticated and verified by 3-D secure, a protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit card transactions.

You will be redirected to a verified payment gateway to make payments for your order.

For our customer’s convenience, we offer multiple payment options:

  • PayPal (VISA, MASTER Payments will be processed through PayPal Link)
  • Credit Card (AMEX, JCB, DISCOVER, Union Pay, Diners)

Payment Failure

In case of payment failure, please verify if the payment information you have entered is accurate. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally reimbursed to your bank account within 7 business days. Please contact your bank for any further inquiries regarding payment failure. Refunds

You will be offered online store credit against your order value if you cancel your order within 12 hours of order placement, given that the order hasn’t been dispatched. However, in cases where the ordered items are unavailable, we will offer a full refund which can take up to 5 working days to process as per bank policy.

In case of any dispute, all products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 10 days only. If

1. Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.

2. The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

3. The received product(s) differed from the original order.

4. Anything is missing from the package including labels and original packing, etc.

- In case if the products are found damaged or missing, the outer packaging images are required to be shared via email at help@mariab.ae as evidence before discarding the packaging.

- Please email pictures of the defective item to help@mariab.ae or call at +1 (424) 433-3993 within 3 days after order delivery in the case to raise a dispute. Maria.B will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties. Once the dispute is settled fairly, we will then issue a replacement (product) against the product mentioned in the invoice or entertain you with a coupon of the same product(s) value that can be used to purchase from Maria B within the next 60 days.
