What is the delivery Time?

Deliveries can take 7-10 business days. Bridal and Couture Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.

What if the product color varies?

Maria B. makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate aspossible. Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images onthe website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments usedduring shoots which may differ from original products slightly. Please bear in mind that colors in picturesmay vary slightly from actual item due to the lighting during photo shoot, your device display settings orprinting quality of catalog and/or inlay cards.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I return my product?

For return of your product, reach out to our support team within 10 days after the delivery of your order mentioning the reason of return.

How can I exchange my Product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with another product. For this, you are required to send the articles back bearing the shipping charges after the approval from support team at help@mariab.ae

How can I track my order?

Once order is dispatched, a tracking number is shared with you via email and you can track your order on the respective courier’s portal and for further assistance you may reach out to our support team.

What if the product is damaged?

If the product is damaged, please reach out to our support team at help@mariab.ae and share all the relevant details i.e. damaged product, flyer/box pictures and your order details within 7 days of delivery.
